Step-By-Step Manuals
We work closely with our clients, on a cost-effective basis, to prepare clear, step-by-step instructions for all the functions of a bank or branch. The results should be manuals that set out how the management wants the office to run and that satisfy banking supervisors and auditors.Using our experienced team, all of whom have hands-on banking experience, to prepare or revise manuals will free up trained banking staff to act as bankers instead of technical writers.
In addition, we provide a maintenance service for procedure manuals. By setting up a programme of regular visits and revisions we can ensure that the manuals are kept up-to-date. This makes them of continuing practical use and keeps the value of the time and effort originally spent in writing them.
