Banking Procedures Maintenance

The CSA Maintenance Service keeps banking procedures manuals up-to-date on a continuous basis in an extremely cost-effective manner. This will ensure regular revision of your manual is carried out. We will visit the bank/branch at agreed intervals to review with each department the current written procedures and update and reissue them as required.

In between visits we will process all notified amendments or new material, re-indexing as necessary and print all necessary copies. If the manual is available online we will provide CD or email copies as well.

Changes and New Procedures

Contracts are typically on a rolling basis and priced in relation to the amount of material involved and the expected level of changes and new procedures. There are no other additional charges whatsoever and there are no limits to the number of changes, visits made, etc.

We will report possible improvements and highlight anomalies in procedures if these are found.

Agreed changes recommended by internal and external auditors will be incorporated into the manual. An audit trail of ‘old’ procedures can be kept, in case needed for later reference.

If extra copies of the manual are required, for example for visiting auditors, we will provide these at no extra charge.

If organisational changes are made, we will re-organise the layout of the manual as appropriate and re-print the necessary hard copy, again without extra charge.

The CSA Maintenance Service provides the discipline and scheduling to make sure that revision and updating gets done and is not put off and keeps the consistency of style and layout of the original manual.
